Returns & Refunds

A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.

We are so sorry you don't love your products. Satisfaction is our top priority! We will provide an exchange/refund for any product ordered within 30 days of purchase. Contact us at hi@worthyouicosmetics.com with the products you'd like to exchange/refund and we'll get it taken care of promptly (don't forget to include your order number in the email).
Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
*Original shipping costs will not be refunded. All gift cards are final sale.
In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund.
In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligible for a partial refund.
